REFUND POLICY

🧾 Returns Policy – Johndca

At Johndca, we work to ensure complete customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we offer an easy and transparent return process for both domestic (within the U.S.) and international shipments.

1. Return period

Domestic shipments (USA): You have up to 15 business days from the delivery date to request a return.

International shipments: You have 30 business days from the date of receipt of the order.

2. Conditions for accepting a return

In order to process your return, the product must meet the following requirements:

Be unused and in perfect condition.

Keep the original packaging, manuals, accessories, and labels.

Include proof of purchase (order number or invoice).

It must not have been altered, improperly installed or handled.

⚠️ No returns accepted on clearance items, gift cards, or personalized products.

3. Return process

Request your refund:

Send an email to support@johndca.com with the subject line “Return Request – [Order Number]”.

Include a brief description of the reason and photographs if the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

Case review:

Our team will review your request within 48 business hours and send you return instructions.

Product shipment:

In the US, you will receive a return shipping label if applicable.

For international returns, you must follow the format indicated below.

Refund or replacement:

Once the product has been received and its condition verified, the refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 10 business days.

4. Shipping costs

Domestic orders: If the product arrived damaged or incorrect, Johndca will cover the costs. In other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

International: The customer is responsible for shipping costs, duties and customs, unless the error is on the part of Johndca.

5. Warranty

Some products come with a manufacturer's warranty. In such cases, repair or replacement will be handled according to the manufacturer's policies.
