🚚 Shipping Policies – Johndca
1. Processing of National Orders.
All orders are processed within 2 business days after receiving payment confirmation.
Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
In case of high demand or unforeseen delays, the customer will be notified by email.
2. National and International Shipping Methods and Times.
We ship throughout the United States and Honduras.
Estimated delivery times are:
Standard shipping: 3 to 5 business days.
Express shipping: 2 to 3 business days.
Regular International Shipping: 9 to 12 business days.
International Express AIR TURBO Shipping: 3 to 5 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to causes beyond Johndca's control (weather, logistics, etc.).
3. International Shipments (Honduras)
Johndca ships internationally.
International shipments are calculated based on the total weight of the package, with a rate of USD $7 per pound (1 lb) for regular air service.
and a fee of USD $10 per pound (1 lb) for the TURBO Air Express service.
Example:
1 lb package → USD $7 + $4.59 handling
3 lb package → USD $21 + $4.59 handling
The rates already include customs duties, so there are no additional charges or surprises when you receive your order.
3. International Package Handling Fee.
All shipments, regardless of the number of packages or total weight, include a flat handling fee of $4.59.
This fee covers the preparation, packaging, and logistical processing of the order.
It will be applied only once per order, regardless of the number of packages included.
3. Shipping costs in the United States.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, based on the destination and weight of the package.
We offer free shipping on orders over $50.
Promotions or discounts on shipping will be communicated in store or by email.
4. Order tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to track your package.
If you do not receive this information within 48 hours, please contact us at customerservice@johndca.com.
5. Delivery address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and correct address.
Johndca is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete information.
6. Shipping delays and problems
If your order is delayed longer than expected, please contact us to check its status.
In case of loss or damage to the package during transport, we will work with the courier company to resolve the problem.
7. Policy Changes
Johndca reserves the right to modify these policies at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.
